Jacques Davignon
President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Davignon is a founder of Surf Technologies, Inc. and has served as President and CEO since January 2002.   Under his leadership the company has grown into a leader in independent business advisory and technology consulting services. 

Prior to joining Surf Technologies, Mr. Davignon served as Vice President of IT Solutions at Comdisco, Inc.   In this role he led an organization focused on providing technology management solutions and selective outsourcing throughout North America.   Before Comdisco, Mr. Davignon served as Director of Asset Management for MCI Systemhouse overseeing operations and marketing of technology services to large enterprise customers.  Mr. Davignon also spent ten years at BellSouth in various positions throughout the Southeastern United States.  These positions included data center management, program management, operations management and application design.   Prior to BellSouth, Mr. Davignon was at R.H. Macy’s with responsibilities in the areas of stores operations and risk management. In addition he served as a civilian technology resource for the Department of Defense.   Mr. Davignon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Augusta College, an MBA from Emory University and serves on the board of directors for multiple nonprofits as well as business and civic associations. He is a frequent speaker to industry groups on topics including strategic management, effective use of technology to support business goals and minimizing operational risk.
